- Automatic information: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken, collected through cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel) and analytics tools.
- Event participation: if you attend a live event, your name, chat messages, questions and (if you turn them on) your video and audio may be captured in the recording.
2. How we use it
- To review your application, decide whether we're a good fit, and prepare for your call
- To deliver what you bought, including program access, events, replays and digital products
- To send call and event reminders, updates, support and receipts
- To send marketing emails and text messages, if you've agreed to receive them
- To understand our audience and improve our events, content and offers
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Rich From Anywhere, Inc., including call reminders, event reminders and marketing messages, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
4. Email
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you transactional messages about purchases you've made.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business (for example, website and CRM hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, video conferencing and analytics), and only as needed to provide their services
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure and improve our ads

These terms apply to your use of this website and every page we run, and to any form or application you submit, any call you book, any live or virtual event you register for, and any program, event or product you buy from Rich From Anywhere, Inc. ("RFA," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to them.
1. Applications and calls
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create any obligation for you or for us, and does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We review every application and may decline anyone for any reason. Please give accurate information. We rely on it to decide whether we can help you.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We'll tell you at the start of the call, and you can ask us not to record.
2. Purchases, events and programs
For workshops, trainings and digital products bought at checkout, the price, any guarantee and any refund terms are the ones shown on the checkout page at the time you buy. Live events may be rescheduled; if that happens we'll let you know and give you access to the new date or a replay. Order bumps and upsells are separate purchases and are final sale unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If you join one of our programs, the written agreement you sign at enrollment governs that program, including pricing, payment schedule, guarantees, refunds and cancellation. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls. All prices are in US dollars and are processed by secure third-party payment processors.
3. Educational purposes only
Our content, calls, events and programs are for educational purposes and are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, your ad spend, and following the rules of any platform you use, including Meta.
4. No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee any specific income, leads, sales or ad results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.
5. Our content
All content on this site and inside our programs, including trainings, recordings, slides, scripts, templates and examples, is owned by RFA and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may not copy, share, resell or republish it.

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Zoom, Meta, scheduling tools and payment processors. We're not responsible for their outages, policies, account restrictions or decisions.
7. Reviews and testimonials
We never pay for, buy or write fake reviews, and we never offer anything in exchange for a positive review. If you leave a review or give a testimonial, we may share it (with your first name, business and photo, if you provided them) on our website, ads and social media. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RFA and its owners, team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

You agree to hold RFA harmless from any claims arising from your use of our materials or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.

This disclosure explains how we use testimonials, reviews, case studies and endorsements, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and its rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).
They are real
Every testimonial, review, video and case study we show comes from a real client or customer and reflects their honest experience. We do not use actors, invented people or AI-generated testimonials, and we do not write reviews for anyone.
Who they are
The people featured are current or past paying clients of RFA. Some have bought more than one of our products or programs, and some have a working relationship with us beyond being a client (for example, we have run their ads, partnered on events or appeared on each other's shows). Where someone received free access, a discount, payment or any other benefit connected to their testimonial, or earns a commission for referring people to us, we will say so next to their testimonial.
We don't pay for positive reviews
We never offer money, discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for a positive review, and we don't hide or remove honest negative reviews on platforms we control. Our Google reviews are left by the reviewers themselves on Google.
Their results are not typical
The results described are those clients' own results. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Many factors affect results, including your offer, market, budget, experience, and how much time and effort you put in.
