1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any website, application, software, digital product, course, coaching program, community, or service offered by Rich From Anywhere, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Rich From Anywhere, Inc. provides business education, marketing training, software tools, digital resources, coaching programs, memberships, and private community access. All Services are educational and informational in nature.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. No Income or Results Guarantees

You acknowledge that we do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, profits, leads, clients, or financial outcomes. Any earnings examples or testimonials are illustrative only. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control. You agree that you are solely responsible for your business decisions and results.

4. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed solely by the written refund policy presented at the time of purchase. If no written refund policy is provided, all sales are final. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us at support@richfromanywhere.com to attempt resolution. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of access and legal action to recover damages, fees, and collection costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, documents, systems, templates, branding, logos, course materials, frameworks, software, and proprietary processes provided by Rich From Anywhere, Inc. are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, resell, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any materials without express written permission. Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Digital Products & Access

Access to digital programs, memberships, communities, and software is personal to you and may not be shared. Sharing access credentials or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access immediately if we suspect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms.

7. Community Conduct

If you participate in any private group, membership, or community platform, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. You may not harass, defame, threaten, spam, solicit members without permission, promote unrelated offers, or post unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any member from a community at our sole discretion, without refund, if we determine that conduct violates these Terms or disrupts the community environment.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, advertising networks, hosting providers, or software tools. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of our Services. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich From Anywhere, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to the Company within the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the agreement between you and the Company.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rich From Anywhere, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Arbitration Agreement

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida, unless otherwise agreed. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury trial.

13. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Services immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the Company or other users. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rich From Anywhere, Inc. and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
