You need to factor in:

  • Look at your net profit from last year

  • Count the number of orders you had

  • Divide net profit by number of orders = your PPS

Example:

You made $500,000 net profit last year. You had 1,000 orders. Your PPS = $500

That means you can technically spend up to $500 to get a sale and still break even. Sounds wild?
